Eurasian Lapwings are very common birds where I live, which is why I never really put time to photograph them. Here I dedicate time to this family and I'm glad I did. As the parent rushes to fend off a nearing Jackdaw, four tiny chicks appear as if from nowhere, running to take hiding in the grass, which compared to them is tall.
